Dear ALL! We just can't thank you enough for all of you hard work and faith in the fact that this would happen. We are leaving this property with many wonderful memories (for two of our four children it was their first house) many holidays, birthdays, play dates...the past four years though have been financially and emotionally taxing.  We were involved with many shady characters.  To find you, people who were willing to genuinely work for our better situation, to trust you, not only relieved our stress but, renewed our faith in people.  Thank you for your time, your wonderful weekly updates, your enthusiasm and your attention to detail.  The Bartel Family is now going to eat pie and drink sparkling cider (and champagne ;)) CHEERS TO ALL OF YOU! It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I am writing to thank David Goldberg from Allied Realty Corp. I spent over a year working the ins and outs of renting, selling and eventually the short sale of my property. Dave provided me with the keen expertise of every aspect a Property Manager should have. He helped us navigate through the maze of the short sale process.   Dave negotiated on two trusts and we came out of the process feeling so appreciative and relieved.  He lifted the weight of our mortgage off our backs and gave us new life....Thanks Dave!!

I have been closing short sales for 4 years now and can share with you some summary information of a few short sales:

I Recently closed a deal that took 11 months - you can't imagine the excitement of all the parties involved.

This year I have represented countless clients in avoiding foreclosure which released them from hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt.  This allows them to begin a new life and secure a new financial future with out a foreclosure on their record for 7 years.

I represented a client who had 3 trusts on the property and negotiated each payoff so they could sell and be free of the burden of a deficiency judgement.

Tidbit of information: I get paid by the bank so the cost of the real estate transaction is covered by the lender.* ask for details

2011:

Dave's knowledge of the Short Sale process was very helpful to us during our search
for an investment property.  He provided insight on the market value of short sale
homes as well as what their rental value would be, allowing us to focus on homes
that could be converted to profitable investment properties.  He was always willing
