It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I am writing to thank David Goldberg from Allied Realty Corp. I spent over a year working the ins and outs of renting, selling and eventually the short sale of my property. Dave provided me with the keen expertise of every aspect a Property Manager should have. I have been closing short sales for 4 years now and can share with you some summary information of a few short sales: I Recently closed a deal that took 11 months - you can't imagine the excitement of all the parties involved. This year I have represented countless clients in avoiding foreclosure which released them from hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt. This allows them to begin a new life and secure a new financial future with out a foreclosure on their record for 7 years. I represented a client who had 3 trusts on the property and negotiated each payoff so they could sell and be free of the burden of a deficiency judgement.
